Our Winter package includes snow removal, ice melt (more than two inches of snow) and rain gutter check.
You want to make sure that all of your properties are safe and comfortable for your tenants during the winter months, and we’re here to help ensure that.
Some winters, we feel lucky to receive feet of snowfall. While that’s great for skiing and snowboarding, it’s not so great for the driveways or parking lots of your tenants. We’ll come in after a night or day of heavy snowfall, and clear the path for your tenants and their vehicles. They won’t have to worry about making it to work on time, and you won’t have to worry about damages due to the heavy snow.
Sometimes the cold months of winter get to be pretty intense, and the snow can build up and compact, forming sheets of ice. Freezing rain is another cause of dangerous ice buildup. No matter how it got there, the last thing you want is for one of your tenants to slip and fall on the ice as they head down the stairs from their unit. If there’s more than two inches of snow at your property, we’ll come and melt the ice, so your tenants can be safe. We won’t overdo it on the salt, because we don’t want to damage your sidewalks.
Rain Gutter Check
Especially in cases of an unexpected freeze or cold front, the water buildup in your rain gutters can freeze. While this isn’t always a problem, it can mean trouble if it’s not checked. We want to make sure no frozen water is stuck inside it. Another sign of trouble can be when snow and ice buildup on the top part of the gutter; this can weigh the entire rain gutter down, potentially causing damage. This is damage you wouldn’t necessarily notice during these months, but you’ll find yourself wishing you’d caught it when the weather starts warming up and it starts raining frequently. You won’t have to worry about these potential damages, because we’ll come in and maintain your rain gutters.
